The Client guarantees that all materials provided:

• Do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks

• Do not contain misleading, false, or illegal claims

The Agency is not liable for any consequences arising from content supplied by the Client.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Agency does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Sales volume

• Lead quantity

• Return on investment (ROI)

• Ad approval rates

Advertising performance depends on multiple external factors, including market conditions, competition, industry trends, budget, and platform algorithms.

4. Ad Account Ownership & Access

• The advertising account shall remain the property of the Client.

• The Client is responsible for providing and maintaining valid payment methods.

• The Agency is granted access solely for campaign management purposes.

• Any suspension, ban, or restriction is at the sole discretion of the advertising platform.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• Management fees are non-refundable.

• Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Agency from any claims, damages, penalties, legal actions, or losses arising from:
